First issued in limited edition with a black gatefold sleeve w/ picture of the band inside & clear, blue, green, pink or red vinyl. Then issued with the second sleeve, black vinyl (same ref.number).
That sleeve has his story : 3 sleeves were initially made, but have been refused by the Cramps, therefore emptied of vinyls and then destroyed ... but some copies were saved, that became the must / most expansive item for collectors. [see specials & misc. page]
